When making an appointment, confirm the teaching objectives, participants, number of days, teachers to be invited, opening of teaching points and session requirements.
In addition to courses, organizational details must also be implemented
Confirm transportation, accommodation, meeting venues, personnel division of labor, materials, insurance and emergency plans before departure; check the content involving teaching, venues and bills item by item.
When weather, venue activities or reception arrangements change, the reasons will be explained and alternative courses negotiated, and teaching content will not be reduced without authorization.
