OUR PEOPLE, OUR PROMISE

Know Fujian deeply. Care for every traveller.

About us

Fujian Tour Guide Network takes local tour guide services as its core, putting mountain and sea scenery, cultural explanation and reliable execution in the same journey. We believe that a good trip is not only about seeing the scenic spots, but also about understanding why it is here and how it relates to the local people.

What do we want to show you?
01 / 03

What do we want to show you?

Fujian is not a single island destination. The maritime trade in southern Fujian, the alleys and modern industry in the capital of Fujian, the Hakka settlement in western Fujian, and the rock tea and academies in northern Fujian allow different cultures to meet in the same mountains and seas. We hope to help tourists find their own interests during their limited vacation.

The explanation starts from real materials and connects architecture, geography, life and history. You can listen to a piece of Nanyin's cultural background, or you can understand the mountain farm and craftsmanship in a cup of rock tea; the purpose of experience is understanding, not sales.

Local experience, combined as needed

Local experience, combined as needed

The team organizes services according to destination, language and business theme: local tour guides are responsible for daily routes and local explanations, multi-lingual reception focuses on cultural expression, research focuses on learning goals and tasks, and red training focuses on historical facts and on-site teaching.

Before making a reservation, match the city, date, language, number of people, and physical requirements to confirm the specific tour guide and service scope. The tour guide’s identity, document verification method and emergency contact information should be clarified before travel. We do not replace this information with anonymous photos or unverifiable titles.

03 / 03

Write services into verifiable agreements

The itinerary, inclusions and exclusions, transportation arrangements, fees, change methods and after-sales access should be written clearly before departure. When encountering weather or opening changes during travel, explain the reasons, negotiate plans, and record confirmations.

The following six standards run through training, internship, assessment and customer feedback. Tour guides who violate the standards will be given a warning, the tour will be suspended, or they will be dismissed depending on the circumstances; a no-purchase commitment and liability for compensation will be written into the contract.

OUR SIX COMMITMENTS

Our six guide commitments

Let the service have a basis and give tourists confidence.

Service feedback and processing ↗
01

No unlicensed guiding

First you have the qualifications, then you have the ability to lead a group independently

All tour guides must hold a valid tour guide certificate and can lead tours independently after completing induction training, group internship and assessment. Tour guides’ identities and verification methods are provided before travel, and tourists can verify through the National Tourism Supervision Service Platform of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

The training covers Fujian destination knowledge, service etiquette, safe handling and six non-standards; independent tasks will be assigned after passing the group drill.

02

No unauthorised itinerary changes

Every agreement must be fulfilled seriously

It is not allowed to reduce attractions, change routes or shorten the agreed tour time without authorization. When adjustments are required due to uncontrollable factors such as typhoons, heavy rainfall, traffic control, suspension of flights to scenic spots, etc., the reasons should be explained, communicated with tourists first, and reported to the company.

The adjustment plan clearly states the replacement content, traffic impact and cost handling method, and leaves a verifiable communication record.

03

No shopping pressure

Leave time to travel and leave choices to tourists

If we arrange a shopping-store stop, compensation is CNY 5,000 per traveller.

Cultural explanations are separate from tea and handicraft purchases. The nature of tourists' independent shopping needs should be explained in advance and confirmed, and the scope of application and verification basis should be clearly stated in the contract.

04

No neglect of safety

Traveling to Fujian’s mountains and seas requires clear safety boundaries

Check weather, sea conditions, road and scenic spot announcements before traveling. Pay attention to the risks of slippery steps, heavy rainfall and rockfall in mountainous areas; pay attention to typhoons, wind waves and tides on islands; make reasonable arrangements for rehydration and rest during the summer. Comply with suspension, closure and warning requirements and travel without risk.

Before traveling, understand the needs of the elderly, children and those who require special care. If you feel unwell, stop activities immediately and contact professional medical or rescue assistance; tour guides do not replace doctors’ diagnosis or use medicine without authorization.

05

No superficial commentary

Tell the facts clearly and also tell the cultural context of Fujian

Gulangyu Island talks about architecture, music and international exchanges; Quanzhou talks about the Maritime Silk Road, religious coexistence and port civilization; Wuyi Mountain talks about Danxia, academies and rock tea; Tulou talks about construction, family and community life. Red teaching points such as Gutian distinguish historical facts, explanations and extended discussions.

Each major point is set with clear explanation topics and Q&A time, and the depth is adjusted according to tourists' interests, academic level and physical strength. There is no need to replace knowledge with clichés or make up stories to attract attention.

06

No neglect of our guests

Some people responded, and some took the initiative to care.

Do not just play on your phone or chat. Take the initiative to pay attention to each tourist, especially the elderly, children and those who are unwell; ask about rest and physical conditions in the morning and evening, arrange according to the team's rhythm, and do not rush or rush. Answer all questions and proactively coordinate when necessary.

Before free activities, state the start and end times, gathering location and emergency contact information. Keep your mobile phone open and do not leave your post without permission. When encountering difficulties, proactively provide medical guidance, transportation consultation and safety reminders. If the situation cannot be handled in time, contact the person in charge for coordination without shirk or delay.

promise written into contractIf we arrange a shopping-store stop, compensation is CNY 5,000 per traveller.

Do not arrange shopping in the name of tea culture, intangible cultural heritage visits, fishing village home visits, etc. The scope of application, basis for identification and handling methods must be confirmed in writing before travel.
